Due to global warming… Toxic atmosphere in ‘Earth’s Twin’

Scientists have published a series of photos and a video capturing the conditions prevailing on the planet Venus, known as ‘Earth’s twin.’

Researchers discovered that the planet is profoundly affected by climate change, as its surface is covered with a thick layer of toxic acidic clouds.

The average temperature on Venus reaches 464 degrees Celsius, with an atmospheric pressure about 100 times that of Earth, particularly as the toxic clouds are trapped within, with no outlet to space.

Scientists noted that the information coming from Venus is somewhat distorted, especially since its monitoring devices have suffered fatigue.

Specialists resorted to using enhanced image processing techniques to reach the latest footage, revealing a world with a golden hue, containing a poison capable of “destroying life as we know it.”

Scientists from Brown University in the United States attributed the golden color to sunlight entering through sulfuric acid clouds, imparting a color to the surface, unlike rocks and dirt which appear in a dark gray shade.
