The UAE extends a helping hand to needy Jordanian families… What did they offer?

The UAE embassy in the Jordanian capital of Amman organized the “Good Parcel” food parcel distribution initiative presented by the UAE Red Crescent and the Zayed bin Sultan Foundation for Charity and Humanitarian Works to poor families in many areas of the Jordanian Kingdom during the holy month of Ramadan.

As part of an integrated and organized program to reach vulnerable families, the embassy directly supervised the delivery of food parcels with high quality specifications, which were distributed in co-operation with charitable organizations and centers in Jordan, the official Petra News Agency reported.

Member of the UAE diplomatic mission in Amman Khaled Al-Nuaimi confirmed the continuation of the charitable efforts the UAE is providing as a humanitarian duty in its foreign dealings, within the blessed approach that the UAE has followed since its establishment, at a time when all institutions, bodies and associations in the country have been receiving the directives and attention of the wise leadership of the UAE, so that they remain an aid to the needy, refugees and the afflicted around the world, and provide shelter, food, health and education services without discrimination.

The UAE embassy in Jordan regularly distributes food aid and financial vouchers to needy Jordanian families and to Syrian refugees in some areas where they reside.
