What are the plans of the Brotherhood to support Erdogan in the rerun?

With its plans to back Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the run-off to the May 28 presidential elections, the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood is seeking to rally for Erdogan to stay on the chair in Turkey.

The Turkish elections were fiercely contested by Erdogan and Kemal Kilicdaroglu, who put Erdogan in an unenviable position after nearly 20 years in power and now is on the brink of the election and its aftermath, with Erdogan unable to reach 50% of the voters, necessitating a rerun of the elections on 28 May.

The Brotherhood’s Plan

The terrorist group seeks Erdogan’s success and the goal is to take advantage of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s success due to their continued presence on Turkish soil.

Erdogan and his Muslim Brotherhood’s resolute support for the terrorist group after the group’s resounding downfall in Arab countries following a popular revolution in Egypt in 2013, which the group now sees as its duty to give back to Erdogan and not lose the election to Kemal Kilicdaroglu, favored by the Turkish people.

The Istanbul Front Muslim Brotherhood is seeking to support Erdogan, whether in terms of financial and logistical support from the international organization, or by providing some cover for the Justice and Development Party (AKP) by members of the organization who reside inside Turkey from Egypt and other countries.

Turkey, which hosts thousands of Brotherhood members – mostly from Egypt and other Arab countries – a number of whom gained Turkish citizenship in recent years, has all been instructed to participate in the AKP’s political propaganda.

Muslim Brotherhood to play election game

Islamic groups researcher Tariq Al-Bashbishi says that the Brotherhood is aware that what remains of its presence in Turkey and the world is related to Erdogan’s presence at the helm of Turkey.
Al-Bashbishi added that the Muslim Brotherhood is professional in elections and they have great experience in this regard. Erdogan, with his long stay in power, has been able to become a popular organization that supports him and supports his authority.
The Brotherhood is playing the religion card with naive and naive people, supporting Erdogan through social media, online battalions and campaign funds, said Tareq Al-Bashbishi.
He also said the group is professionally distorting the elections and is now tarnishing his opponent, Kemal Kilicdaroglu.
