Attracting Millions of Visitors: The Thai Zoo Capitalizes on ‘Moo Deng’s’ Fame
The two-month-old female pygmy hippopotamus “Moo Deng” has taken social media by storm with millions of views after her caretakers shared videos of her on various platforms. These clips showcase the unique daily life of the little hippo, including moments where she eats grapes or dives into the water, only to roll on the wet ground afterward, surrounded by giants of her species, in amusing scenes.
“Moo Deng” has garnered widespread fame due to her tiny size and pink cheeks, which have captivated millions of visitors enchanted by the adorable creature at the open “Khao Kheow” Zoo, located near Pattaya in Thailand.
