Gargash accuses Al-Houthi of intransigence against political solution in Yemen
Dr. Anwar Gargash, diplomatic adviser to the UAE president, accused the Houthi militia of “intransigence” against a ceasefire and a political solution in Yemen.
In a tweet on Twitter, Gargash stressed that the repeated targeting of civilians requires a hard stance from the international community.
Commenting on the Arab coalition’s destruction of 17 drones, the UAE president’s diplomatic advisor said that “Houthi militias are the main obstacle to ending the war in Yemen.”
The Saudi-led Arab coalition announced on Saturday the destruction of 17 aircraft that were carrying explosive devices launched by the Houthi militias against the Kingdom within 24 hours.
International powers expressed condemnation and denunciation of the targeting of Saudi Arabia by the Al-Houthi terrorist militia with explosive planes.
The UAE has already expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of attempts by Al-Houthi terrorist militias to target the Saudi city of Khamis Mushait.
The putsch militia continues to target civilians in Saudi Arabia with rockets or booby-trapped aircraft that coalition forces are able to intercept and destroy.
Al-Houthi attacks on civilian areas have drawn condemnation from Arabs and the international community, saying that their continuation undermines the resolution of the Yemeni crisis.
