In this regard, specialized Arab affairs journalist Dr. Hamed Fares states that Sudan is experiencing one of the major humanitarian crises and displacement crises globally. He emphasizes that the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces must end this brutal war and restore civilian rule.
He explains that the conflict in Sudan has led to war crimes, crimes against humanity, ethnic cleansing, food insecurity, and widespread displacement. The current period sees Sudan facing one of the world’s largest humanitarian, political, and economic crises, especially since the worsening conditions will lead to more internal conflicts and crises within the country.

Othman Mergani, Sudanese writer and journalist, confirms that the production wheel has stopped, and the Sudanese economy has been affected due to the ongoing war and the failure to reach a solution that satisfies all parties, driven by the desire for power without considering the situation of the Sudanese people who are suffering due to the prolonged war.
Mergani adds that every second passing with the war continues to be paid for by the Sudanese people. He emphasizes that every Sudanese citizen looks at the clock every day, eagerly awaiting the arrival of a peaceful stage.
He points out that reaching peace is not far-fetched, but if determination is sincere, and everyone turns towards peace, considering the interests of the Sudanese people, there could be a race towards the seat of power, hindering the achievement of peace all these past months.
