Bollywood Star Saif Ali Khan Suffers Violent Assault at His Home
Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan sustained serious injuries after an unidentified individual broke into his family home in Mumbai early Thursday morning. The actor was stabbed in multiple areas of his body.
Saif Ali Khan, 54, was at home with his wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan, 44, and their two children, Taimur, 7, and Jeh, 3, who were unharmed during the incident.
Mumbai Police stated in their report that the attacker broke into Khan’s house and assaulted the household maid. When the actor tried to intervene to de-escalate the situation, he was stabbed six times in sensitive areas near the spine and neck.

Khan was rushed to Lilavati Hospital for treatment, where he underwent surgery for deep wounds. Doctors at the hospital reported that the actor’s condition is now stable following reconstructive surgery to address his injuries, adding that he is recovering well.
The attending doctor explained that the injury caused cerebrospinal fluid leakage due to knife fragments lodged in the spine, but this was successfully treated.

The police confirmed that they have identified the attacker and formed ten teams to track him down. They noted that the perpetrator entered the house with the intent to steal, with additional details to be disclosed once he is apprehended.
