Evidence of Hezbollah’s Condemnation in Yemen.. What will the Lebanese State do?

The year 2022 seems eventful with regard to the problems between the terrorist “Hezbollah” and the Lebanese state, and between many Gulf States, especially Saudi Arabia.

What the world saw was conclusive evidence uncovered by the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen, which announced evidence of Hezbollah’s involvement in Yemen and the use of airports there to target Saudi Arabia, the coalition showed pictures of Hezbollah members training Houthi militias to launch drones. All of this proves beyond any doubt that the Lebanese Hezbollah in recent years, with the support of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, has sent a number of its elements to train the Houthi militia. This confirms a fact that we have never doubted, that the Hezbollah militia is nothing but a military arm that Iran uses to tighten its control over Yemen, Lebanon, and many countries, and to stir unrest within them.

Hezbollah’s war on the Arab world was declared openly by Hassan Nasrallah on the day his party intervened in the Syrian crisis, and on the day he announced that he was “happy” with his participation in the Houthi war against Saudi Arabia, saying: “It is the greatest war he has ever fought,” as if he were dropping from his calculations the war he always claimed against Israel, which was nothing more than a road map entrusted to it by its masters in Iran to kidnap the Lebanese decision by canceling the army, and we all see its actions outside the authority of the Lebanese judiciary, order, politics and sovereignty, which ended at the hands of his party’s actions, which made the Lebanese officials mere “tools” that frankly lie. As we saw hours ago in the statements of Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati – which a young child does not believe – about his non-recognition of the presence of Iranian influence on the Lebanese arena, as well as his invitation to a dialogue table to strengthen his country’s relations with Arab countries, especially the Gulf .. Otherwise, what is the meaning of his saying that Lebanon is an independent country, and I do not recognize the presence of Iranian influence in it, and Hezbollah is a political party present in the Lebanese arena?

Over the course of 2021, the Arab and international press celebrated the successive evidence of the Lebanese “Hezbollah’s terrorism” against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Indeed, in all that the Lebanese terrorist organization called “Hezbollah” calls the battlefronts, the presence of elements that the party’s statements referred to as “experts” are revealed, and this is what the party announced before recognizing its active participation in the Syrian war, and the same in Iraq, where the party announced at the time that a group of “experts” was present to provide advisory assistance to the “Popular Mobilization Forces”.

As for Yemen, despite the intelligence reports that confirmed the active presence of “Hezbollah” fighters in several Yemeni governorates, this Lebanese terrorist party continued to deny this matter, and on top of those reports was a report previously published by the American “Foreign Policy”, in which it pointed to A widespread role for “Hezbollah” in Yemen, where she said, “Hassan Nasrallah is the mastermind of most of what happened on the Saudi-Yemeni border”, noting that on May 5, 2015, the Houthis and their allies began bombing targets on the Saudi border under the supervision of  Lebanese Hezbollah, which initially used mortars and Katyushas, but gradually increased the level of its attacks using rockets and missiles with heavier and longer-range explosive charges.

The Yemeni government has openly declared for years that Hezbollah’s intervention in Yemen is no longer a secret, and it has become known to the Yemeni government, which has sent a number of protest notes to the Lebanese government. The legitimate government is sorry that Lebanon has not taken any position or action to prevent the party’s continuous intervention in fueling the Yemeni conflict.

This week, the Kingdom accused Iran of destabilizing the region. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salmane ben Abdelaziz Al Saoud, said: “We are following with deep concern the Iranian regime’s destabilizing policy in the region, including the establishment and support of sectarian and armed militias, the systematic deployment of its military capabilities in the countries of the region, its lack of cooperation with the international community regarding the nuclear program and its development of ballistic missile programs”.

Everyone is wondering what the helpless Lebanese state will do after what has been proven that one of the most prominent elements of prolonging the war in Yemen is the flagrant intervention of Hezbollah in the Yemeni war, under the auspices of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.

From all of the above, it can be said that the year 2022 will carry a trend from the Gulf Cooperation Council countries to raise the escalation against Lebanon in international forums, because the crisis has crossed the boundaries of diplomacy and political positions, and touched the security depth of Saudi Arabia, and this is unacceptable, and has negative repercussions on the Arab Gulf and on Lebanon, the state pawned by the terrorist “Hezbollah”, as the matter has reached a very dangerous level, the security of Saudi citizens – and the Gulf in general – is above all considerations and a red line crossed by “Hezbollah” and behind it Iran, and for this apparent transgression a heavy price will be paid by “Hezbollah” and the terrorist acts that this party has carried out have undoubtedly serious repercussions that require the international community to move to impose harsh sanctions.
