Are Morning Exercises Beneficial for Weight Loss?

A new study has revealed that the time a person chooses to exercise may have an impact on weight loss.

The debate over the best time of day to exercise has been a subject of contention for years, with conflicting research and studies.

Are morning exercises helpful for weight loss?

According to the American network “CBS News,” the recent study utilized the results of a previous national survey that included over 5,000 people between 2003 and 2006. Researchers noted a “strong association” between exercising and reduced obesity in the group that engaged in morning exercise. The study found that morning exercisers also had lower body mass index (BMI). The “morning group” consisted of a higher percentage of women compared to men. People in the morning groups consumed fewer calories. “Nothing Specific”

Dr. Sue Decotiis, a weight loss specialist, told “CBS News”:

The best exercise is anything you can do. I always advise people to exercise when they can. If it’s easier and more convenient for you to go to the gym in the morning, then do it. If you can’t do that until the afternoon, then do it as well.
