Egypt Awaits “Peak Day” in Weather Fluctuations… and Disruption Persists for Days 


The Egyptian Meteorological Authority has forecasted that the country will be subjected to a wave of weather fluctuations and disruptions in the weather over the coming days.

Manar Ghanem, a member of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority’s media center, stated that disruptions in the weather are expected, with the peak of the fluctuations expected next Monday and continuing until Wednesday.

Ghanem also told local media that weather conditions will be affected by disruptions in maritime navigation, with wintry conditions persisting across all Egyptian governorates.

Weather Fluctuations in Egypt Maximum temperatures are expected to range between 16 and 17 degrees Celsius in the Greater Cairo governorates, with the country continuing to be affected by an upper-level atmospheric depression.

Various intensity rains are also expected along the northern coasts and the Delta, reaching Greater Cairo during the peak of the fluctuations, with very cold weather conditions at night across all areas.

Weather on Saturday in Egypt The Egyptian Meteorological Authority forecasted that the weather would be cool on Saturday morning in the northern governorates of Egypt, tending towards warmth in the southern governorates, with a possibility of moderate rains on the northern coasts.

The meteorological authority also warned of moderate rains in some areas of the northeastern coasts, northern Sinai, and the northern Delta, extending lightly to 40% towards some areas of the northwestern coasts and the southern Delta.

The expected temperatures on Saturday in Egyptian cities are as follows: Cairo – High: 19, Low: 12; Alexandria – High: 19, Low: 11; Marsa Matrouh – High: 19, Low: 10; Sohag – High: 21, Low: 8; Qena – High: 21, Low: 8; Aswan – High: 22, Low: 10.
