“Provocation Strike”: Trump Kicks Off His Battle with Harris
A heated battle begins between Donald Trump and potential Democratic candidate Kamala Harris, with the Republican candidate adding a provocative touch.
On Tuesday, during a virtual press conference, Trump stated that defeating his potential Democratic rival Kamala Harris in the upcoming November elections would be “easier” than defeating President Joe Biden.
He added, “She is much more extreme than him,” while affirming his readiness to debate her. “I am ready to participate in more than one debate,” he said.
“Trump the Convicted”
For her part, Harris did not miss the opportunity to target her opponent, saying, “I will proudly put my record against Trump, who is convicted of several crimes,” according to her.
During a campaign rally in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she added that President Joe Biden “has left a legacy of accomplishments surpassing that of most presidents who served two terms.”
She continued, “We will win again in the upcoming elections and the road to the White House goes through Wisconsin.”
Harris announced that she had secured “enough delegates to win the Democratic party nomination,” pledging to “continue working in the coming weeks to unite the Democratic party.”
She emphasized that “others focus on the past, we focus on the future, and we believe in a future where everyone enjoys dignity.”
She stated, “I know very well who Donald Trump is, and we will win the elections.”
Trump and “Bibi”
On the same day, Trump announced that he would meet Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Thursday at his residence in Florida.
On his Truth Social platform, the former president wrote, “I look forward to welcoming Bibi Netanyahu to Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, on Thursday,” after previously announcing that the meeting would be on Wednesday.

He added, “During my first term, we experienced peace and stability in the region, and we will experience them again.”
He continued, “As I said during talks with Ukrainian President (Volodymyr Zelensky) on Friday and other leaders in the past few weeks, my program (to achieve peace through strength) will show the world that these terrible and bloody wars and violent conflicts must stop.”
He also stated that “millions of people are dying, and Kamala Harris (the vice president and presidential candidate) has absolutely no ability to put an end to it.”
